This 1920s bungalow kitchen was reimagined to better support the homeowners' love of entertaining while strengthening the connection between the home and backyard. Working within the existing footprint, the design introduced a new peninsula with seating for five and a large multi-slide glass door that opens directly onto a new outdoor patio.

The result is a bright, highly functional gathering space that blends contemporary amenities with craftsman-inspired detailing, transforming an isolated kitchen into the social heart of the home.
