This whole-home renovation concept transformed several of the home's most important spaces, including the kitchen, primary bathroom, and a custom built-in bar area. Each design was developed to modernize the home while improving day-to-day function, entertaining capacity, and overall flow.

The project also included opening a previously enclosed staircase by removing a closet structure that blocked views from the foyer. Renderings of the staircase were developed to help visualize the change, allowing the homeowner to evaluate how the more open staircase would impact the feel of the home before construction began.
